Q: How do I get started?
A: Text/Call/Email  us to schedule a fitness consultation and claim your Free session drop in.

Q: Can I attend multiple sessions throughout the day?
A:  Transcend Fitness Members may attend two or more sessions per day. Clients that are part of a special or promotion may attend one session per day (Monday – Friday).

Q: Are Saturday sessions available to everyone?
A: Our Saturday sessions held at 7am is open to Non-Members. 8am is a member only session where we hold lifting clinics.

Q: What's the difference between a Promotion client vs. Membership client?
A: A promotion client is someone who has not signed a membership contract a Membership client is someone who has signed on membership for 1, 3, 6  or 12 month membership.

Q: What type of nutrition plan do you give us and will you tell us what to eat?
A: Each client is made a custom macro nutrient based diet plan that's tailored to their goals based on their stats. A list of recommended foods will be provided but clients can eat the foods they prefer on this plan.

Q: How often do we get weighed and measured?
A: Members will have two (mandatory) weigh ins a month and will have their measurements taken once a month. Clients that are part of a special or promotion will be weighed and measured two times, once in the beginning and once at the end of your promotion.

Q: Is the workout the same all day?
A: Yes, the workout will be the same all day but each day of the week is different.

Q: Can I show up at any session time or do I have to pre-book my training sessions?
A: No pre-booking is needed, we want you to attend to whichever time works best for you.

Q: Do I need to sign in when I arrive for a session?
A: Yes. We have a black "Transcend Accountability Binder" that you will sign into each day you train. Please note the session time you attend. Members who are attending multiple training sessions in a single day will only sign in once.

Q: Can I bring someone with me?
A: Yes but you must register your guest by texting us at (209) 666-4797 with your full name, date, and session time they plan to attend. Please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Q: If I show up late am I able to join the session in progress?
A: If you are late you must wait for the next session time. Each circuit is explained at the beginning of each class and you must be present.

Q: Which session time has the least amount of clients?
A: All sessions are different, some have 3 clients some have 25. It varies day to day.

Q: Is there an age limit/restriction?
A: We have clients ranging in ages from 13-72 years old. It all depends on your health level and we typically address this in your fitness consultation. If you are a minor you will need permission from a parent/guardian.

Q: What's the average weight I can expect to lose?
A: Every body type is different therefore everyone achieves results in different ways and at different paces.

Q: Do I have to disclose any injuries or health issues that may be an interference with me training at Transcend?
A: Yes and it will be at the trainers’ discretion if you will need a doctors clearance.
