Strong Man workouts:

-Tire flips and learning the technique

-Sled Push/pull drills

-Farmer Carries 

-40lb, 45b, 50lb, 60b,100lb and 150lb Sand Bag/slam ball drills

Endurance Training workouts:

-speed and agility drills

-cone drills, shuffles, sprints etc

-cardio 1/2mile to 1mile runs

-explosive approach i.e.: box jumps, plate pushes etc.

Olympic lifting: 8am MEMBERSHIP ONLY LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE**

**Trainer’s Choice**

This day we teach you the fundamentals of olympic lifting with the right approach and techniques to safely and effectively execute specific lifts.

Advanced sessions:

This day we will use a different approach to the timer whether it be an EMOM timer, 3 station AMRAP/EMOM, reverse TABATA or a full body traditional HIIT timer.

ADVANCED LIFTING: MEMBERS ONLY

2 hours training 1/2 indoor 1/2 outdoor training with compound lifts and Personal best lifts tracked on our leader board.
